ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT '
THIS ACTION was heard on the Petition for Modification and
on the evidence presented, it is
ADJUDGED that the final judgment of dissolution of marriage
entered in this action on December 8, 1976, and recorded in Official
Record Book 260 at page 2829 in St. Lucie County, Florida, is modi-
fied as follows:
1. That as part of the reasonable visitation rights reserved
to LESLEY L. CHAMBLEY, JR., he shall have the right to have the
minor child, DAWN RENE CHA'~1BLEY, visit with him in his home on
alternate weekends, commencing at 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Friday after-
noons and ending at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday evenings. LESLEY L.
CHA~dBLEY, JR., shall also have the right to have the child visit
c with him in his home on alternate major holidays and alternate birth-

days of the minor child. The husband shall pay all expenses of hav-
ing the child visit with him, shall give reasonable notice to the

minor child's mother, PAMELA CHAMBLEY, as to when he intends to visit
with his child.
