The Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ~

1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were nade as
follows:
(a) Margaret Foehr signed the Affidavit and
Information Form.
(b) Margaret Foehr's attorney forwarded the letter
of October 19, 1977, authorizing entry into the home on ~
October 22, 1977.
(c) Raymond Foehr was arrested and posted a bond

and had to hire an attorney.
~ 2. EVIDENCE Documentary and other evidence
listed and presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be
admitted into evidence without objection except as here-
inbelow reserved.
(a) Incorporated by reference 5(a) through (e) of
Pre-Trial Statement.

3. OTHER PROVISIONS The parties shall have the
right to amend the witness list up to five days before "
