F ORDER This cause coming on before the Court on Defendant's f Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. That the Plaintiff, TENA AIELLO, submit to a physical examination by Dr. Ronald S. Grober promptly _i on a day and hour to be obtained by the Defendants. Said examination to be of such a nature as is necessary - to determine the extent and nature of injuries allegedly E s sustained by the Plaintiff at the time and place and on i the occasion mentioned in the Complaint filed in this case. 2. That the results of this examination shall be t reported by said doctor to the Defendants in writing in p a detailed manner setting out his findings and conclusions. 0 If requested by Plaintiff, Defendants shall promptly furnish Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall ~ t thereupon or thereafter as the case may be, promptly r furnish Defendant with a like report or reports of examination relating to the same injuries previously or thereafter made by any other physician. 3.
