ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on Defendant's
f
Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the Plaintiff, TENA AIELLO, submit to a
physical examination by Dr. Ronald S. Grober promptly _i
on a day and hour to be obtained by the Defendants.
Said examination to be of such a nature as is necessary -
to determine the extent and nature of injuries allegedly

sustained by the Plaintiff at the time and place and on
i
the occasion mentioned in the Complaint filed in this case.
2. That the results of this examination shall be

reported by said doctor to the Defendants in writing in
p
a detailed manner setting out his findings and conclusions.

If requested by Plaintiff, Defendants shall promptly furnish
Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff shall

thereupon or thereafter as the case may be, promptly
r
furnish Defendant with a like report or reports of examination
relating to the same injuries previously or thereafter made
by any other physician.
3. The cost of said examination in the first instance
shall be borne by the Defendants, subject to being taxed
in accordance with the outcome of this cause. _
