ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE ARK CIRCUIT COUR'~.
This cause came on for hearing upon the Pre-Trial Conference,
and upon the argument of counsel, and the court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. On the issue of admissibility of the pleadings in this
case, the Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant shall provide the Defendant/
Counter-Plaintiff with a Memorandum of Law on the subject on or
before Friday, march 29, 1979. A response to said Memorandum may
be submitted by the counsel for the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff _
on or before the date of the trial in this case.
2. On or before Friday, 2iarch 30, 1979, the parties shall
exchange Pre-Trial statements listing all witnesses to be called
by each party.
E 3. The parties have stipulated to the admissibility of the
letter of September 30, 1978 from the Defendant to the Plaintiff.
Upon the Court's order, the check dated September 30, 1978, from
Norman C. Brush to Richard F. Schuldes is also admissible into
evidence.
4. The parties shall exchange proposed Jury Instructions and
Verdicts on or before March 30, 1979.
