THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 21st day of March, 1979,
and the Court being advised by the Plaintiff that it has no ob-
jection to vacating the Default entered herein against the Defend-
ant, STUART SOD, INC., it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default entered herein against
said Defendant be and the same is hereby vacated, and the Answer
filed herein on behalf of the said STUART SOD, INC., is accepted,
as filed.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this ay of March, 1979.
