THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 21st day of March, 1979,
upon the Motions to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint herein, filed
by the Defendants, JOSEPH PIAZZA and LUCY PIAZZA, his wife, and
CARPET SHOWCASE, INC., and the Court having considered the
evidence, and heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motions be and the
same are hereby denied. {
PONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
