THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Respondent, MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, for the. taxing of costs against the
Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR., and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent recover of and
from the~Petitioner, ALEXANDER LEO JOHNSON, JR., its costs in this
cause herein taxed at $2,973.00 for which sum let execution issue.
