'YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted by
the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants in
the above-specified Court involving the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Tract 4, Block B, Pony Pines~Unit i, as
- recorded in Plat Book 17, page 3 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
is the foreclosure of an Agreement For Deed owned and held by the
~'laintiff encumbering the said property, to declare all other interests
in .the property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to foreclose,
same, and for certain other relief.
