the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants in
the above-specified Court involving the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Tract 33, Block A, Pony Pines Unit I, as
recorded in Plat Book 17, page 3-of the
- Public Records of St. Lucie County,. Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
i.s the foreclosure of an Agreement For Deed owned and held by the
Plaintiff encumbering the said property, to declare all other interests
I in the property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to foreclose
same, and for certain other relief.
