THIS CAUSE came before the Court on March 12,
1979, on the Motion of Plaintiff GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILI-
TIES, INC. to Compel Defendant BASS to Answer Questions on
Deposition. The Court having considered the Motion, and
heard. the argument of counsel, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is granted in
part and denied in part.
2. Defendant BASS shall appear and answer, upon
further notice of the taking of his deposition by Plaintiff,
all questions dealing with the classification in earlier

years and the present year of the subject property and
methods used in earlier years to classify the subject prop-
.
erty. The defendant BASS shall answer the question proposed

on. page 65 of the deposition.
3. As to the issue of valuation and assessment,
defendant BASS need not answer questions as to the manner of
valuation of the property in prior years and if the property i

E would be assessed as real estate, how it would be valued.
Defendant BASS need not answer questions pertaining to
t
assessment of the real property of GENERAL DEVELOPMENT +
UTILITIES and other taxpayers in St. Lucie County.
