as a bifurcated matter, with the Court determining first
whether or not the property should be classified as real es-
tate or personal property and ff the Court determines it
should have been assessed as real property, to give the
Property Appraiser an opportunity to recalculate the value
(as prior to hearing evidence as to the valuation of the
Property) -
