] When Purchaser shall have performed hereunder, the Seller will at its
expense furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of Tltle to said land certified to data.
8. That time is of the essence of this contract; and all covenants herein
contained shall extend•to and be obligatory upon the successors, heirs, personal repre-
sentatives and assigns of tho Seller and Purchaser, respectively. i
9. Payments not made within 10 days of due date will incur a 510.00 penalty.
10. THIS CONTRACT CANNOT 8E-ASSIGNED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF AVON MANOR PARK,
INC. -
