THIS INDENTURE, Made thin 27th day of March, 19?9, be-
tween BETTY ANTHONY, formerly BETTY BAUGHMAN, and DALE T.
ANTHONY, her husband, of the Township of Hempfield, County of Westmore
land and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, parties of the first part; ~

WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
• of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($5, 000. 00) DOLLARS to them
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land situate, lying, and being in County of St. Lucie and State of Florida.
Lot 30 , Block 50 of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES,
Unit 7 ~ a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Piat Book 10 Page 75 of the Public
Records of St. ucie Cou Florida. For Chain of Title

This deed is executed subject to restrictions, reservations and
easements of record and taxes for the year 1979.
And the said .parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant '
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
ail persons whomsoever. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
to these presents set their hands and seals, dated the day and year first
above written.
