SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come to be heard .upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment herein and the Court having
considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on behalf of
the Plaintiff and otherwise being fully advised in the premises,
finds and determines that the Defendant is indebted to the
Plaintiff in the amount of-$6,542.33, plus interest on said indebt-
edness from March 31, 1978, to the present at the rate of 8 percent
per annum; and the Court further finds that Plaintiff is entitled
to recover the costs it incurred in bringing this action, which to
date equals $34.50; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, Lloyd Schonrock f/d/b/a Schonrock
Drywall & Paint is hereby found to be indebted to the Plaintiff,
PPG Industries, Inc., as set forth above in the total amount of
t $6,921.28, for which let execution issue.
~ 2. That this Final Judgment shall bear interest at the -
~ legal rate allowed by law from the date hereof until satisfied. -
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
