This matter having come on before the Court by reason
of an application and order directing Joseph and Dorothy Klosterm

to show cause before this Court why an order should not be entere
directing them to turn over certain furniture and household goods
- belonging to the within estate which they have in their possessio ;
and the Court having considered the application of counsel as
well as the affidavit attached hereto; and no one having appeared
in eppositio-i to said order to show cause, and good cause appear-~
ing for the making of this order,
IT IS, on this.
I3 day of C 1978,
on motion of Lehman F, lt'asserman, attorneys for the debtors herein
' ORDERED, that Joseph and Dorothy Klostermann be and
they are hereby directed to immediately turn over and surrender

possession of the furniture and household goods that were located

' in or about Triplex #916 (Coral Cove, Unit fl, St. Lucie County,
Florida as of the time ti 1
- t e to said premises was conveyed to i
them b~~ the receiver herein, except for the appliances and car-
