Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditamenu, asemeau and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any-

machinery. boilers, ranges, ekratons and motors, bath tubs, sinks, water closets, water basins, p' ,faucets, and other plumbing
and hating fixtures, mantels, refrigenating plants and ice boxes, window screens, screen doors, Mon covering, carpeting, tik,and
drapery fixtures, venetian blinds, cornices, storm shutters and awnings, which arse now or may hereafter pertain to be used with,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and siegulu the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-

- Provided always, the conditions of this mortgage are such that if the Mortgagor shall well and tmly pay unto the Mortgagee
the indebtedness evidenced by that certain promissory note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the
Mortgage of which the attached specimen in words and figures is a true Dopy to-wit:
