THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of March, A.D. 1979,

BETWEEN EDWARD LOZON and KATHERINE LOZON, his wife, whose address is

part, and THEODORE N. DIAMOND, JR. and FAY DIAMOND, as joint .
tenants with riqhts of survivorship,parties of the second part,
whose mailing address is 8475 Kinloch, Dearborn Heights~ Michigan

WITNESSETIi :
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land
situate, lying and being in~City of Port St. Lucie, County of
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:

a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
