This Note is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgagel, dated tha date
hereof, of property sltuated i~ the Sbte of Florida, granted by the Maker to
the Payee, to which refere~ce is hereby made for a description of the
mortgsged property, ti~e naiure and exieni oi ine secu~iir, ins ~iyi.:s
the Peyee in respect thereof and the terms and condltions upon which this ~
Not~ is issued. .
The Maker agrees that it shali be bour~d by any agreement extending
the time or modifying the above ter~ns of p~yment, msde by the Payee and
the owner or owners of the property aftected by the Mortgsge, whether with
or without notice to tix Maker, and the Maker shall continue lisbla ~o pay _
the amcun! due h~r~z~er, but wtth interest at a rate no gr~ter than ttie
Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreement of exter~sion or
moditication.
The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest
shail become due ar~d payable at the option of the Payee under the happening
of an event by which said balance shali or may become due and payable
under the terms of the Mortgage.
This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in
writing, signed by the party agbinst whom enforcement of any waiver,
change, modification or discharge is sought.
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive presentment for payment, demand, protest,
notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and expressiy agree jointiy and
severally to remain and continue bound for the payment of the princlpal and
interest provided for by the terms of this Note, notwithstanding any exten-
sion or extensions of the time of, or for the payment of said principai or '
interest, or any change or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be
paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided for in this Note,
~ or any change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution
j of any real property and coilateral, or either, held as security for this
' Note, and waive all and every klnd of notice of such extension or extensions,
` change or changes, and agree that tha same may be made witlwut the joinder
~ of the Maker. '
