Heritage Standard Bank & Trust Company for Ancillary Adminis-
tration of the Estate of Eugene Wilson, deceased, the Court
finding that the decedent died on the 19th day of March, 197~;
. ~ that all interested persons have been served proper notice of
this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; and that the
material alZegations of said Petition are true; and that
an Amended arder of Ancillary Administration should be entered
amending the Order of Ancillary Administration dated March 5,

1979 to correct an error in the legal description of Paragraph
(1) , it is
