. I, ENOCH CARISTENSEN, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do .
~ here?iy make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codi-
cils heretdfore made by me.
. I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II. -
Should my wife, BEULAH CHRISTENSEN, pred~cease me, I
devise all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
in equal ~hares, to my daughters, ELIZABETH GOUI,D, GERI~LDINE
~itJSTED, JEANETTE VAN WORMER, CAROL ANN VALENTINE and INGRID K.,
CHRISTENSEN.
III.
Should my wife, BEULAH CHRISTENSEN, survive me, I de-
~ vise my property as follows: ~

f A. Any and all of my tangible personal property -
~ which I may own at the time of my death, to_my
~ wife, BEULAH CARISTENSEN;

t B. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my

; property shall be distributed to my Trustee here-
$ inafter named, IN TRUST, and the Trustee shall use
k so much of the income and principal of the trust i
~ necessary or desirable, in its sole discretion,
~ for the proper health, support and maintenance of
~ my wife, BEULAH CHRISTENSEN. Any income not so .
~ used shall be added to the principal of the trust
~ at the end of each fiscal year of the~trust. Upon
the deatll of my wife, BEULAH CHRISTENSEN, the then
~ remaining principal and income shall be distri-
; - buted absolutely to my daughters, EI~IZABETH GOULD,
t GERALDINE HUSTED, JFANETTE VAN WORMER, CAROL ANN
~ VALENTINE and INGRID K. CHRISTENSEN, in equal
- shares. Should any of my daughters not then be
