I appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its successor, as personal representative of my es-
tate and Trustee of the trust created under this Will. My Trustee

I hereby give my personal representative and Trustee, in
addition to the powers conferred by the laws of the State of ~

Florida, the power, without Court Order, and without bond, to
sell all or any part of the real property at any time belonging
to my estate or trust, at public or private sale, for cash or on
terms.
V.
Whenever used in this Will, unless the context of any
~ passage thereof requires otherwise: ~

' A. The term "proper health" shall be construed to

~ include medical, dental, hospital, drug and nursing
~ costs, as well as all expenses of invalidism and
~ costs of inedically prescrilied equipment and travel;
