LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ENOCH CHRISTENSEN - Page Three.
under this Will, unless herein provided otherwise:
A. My Trustee may make payments for the benefit of
my wife directly to her or to her legal quardian if
she should be incompetent, or in direct payment of
~ her expenses of the types the Trustee is authorized
hereby to meet. T'he Trustee shall not be obligated
to see to the application of funds so disbursed and
the receipt of the payee shall fully protect the
Trustee if due care is exercised in selecting the
' person paid;
B. No income or.principal payable to or held for
the benefit of my wife, while in the possession of
the Trustee, shall be alienated, disposed of or en-
cumbered in any manner other than by Trustee action

trust, my wife shall not have the power to volun-
tarily or involuntarily sell, alienate, convey, -
assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge or otherwise
dispose of or encumber any principal or income ~
~ thereof or any interest whatever therein until ~
physical distribution or payment is made to her,
and no interest of my wife in or claim to any trust ;
assets or benefits shall.be subject to the claim of
any of her creditors or to judgment, levy, execu-
tion, sequestration, garnishment, attachment, bank-
ruptcy or other insoZvency proceedings, or any
other legal or equitable p=ocess;
C. Unless otherwise specifically indicated under
the terms of this Will, any distribution of income
. required to be made under the trust created under
this Will-shaYl be made at times,fixed by the Trus-
tee, but at least as often as quarter-annually.
