I, ENID RUTA AITCAESON, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, ?

being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to ~e my Last Will and Testament. hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise
and bequeath all of the property both real or personal, of which I
may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time
of my death, wherever the same may be situated; as follows, to-wit:
. FIRST: It is my desire that upon my death my body be cremated.
SECOND:~ I direct my I~cecutor, hereinafter named to pay all of f
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable. .
THIRD; I give and bequeath to my Granddauqhter, CyNTHIA ROSE LEE,
if she survives me, my diamond ring. Zf my Granddaughter has not reached
eighteen (18) years of age at the time of my death, I direct and author-
ize my Executor to retain the diam~nd ring for her until she reaches
the age of eighteen (18) years.
` FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my Nephew, KEITH RASMUSSEN, of

Richmond, Virginia, the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00j Dollars if he

! survives me. If he fails to survive me this gift shall lapse and pass
