reaches eighteen (18) years of age, my ~cecutor ehall distribute to
that grandchild the principal of.this legacy and al~ accumulated in-
come. If either of my grandchildren set forth herein shall die before
reaching eighteen (18) years of age, then my F.xecutor is directed to
distribute that grandchild's legacy to the surviving grandchild.~ 7f

(18) years of age, then my Executor shall distribute the principal and
accumulated income of these legacies as part of the residue of my
estate.
SIXTH: I give, devise and ~equeath my one-half (lf2) interest
in the home that my sister, DOROTAY EVANS CORCORAN and i share together
at 906 West 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, more fully described as
Block 10, Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 201 of the public records
of St. Lucie-County, Florida,
unto my sister, DOROTHY EVANS CORCORAN, if she survives me. In the
event my sister, DOROTHY EVANS CORCORAN, fails to survive me, then I
~ give, devise and bequeath the property set forth herein unto my Nephew,
~AMES EVANS CORCORAN, to have~and to hold unto himself absolutely and
