powers necessary or convenient to enable it to perform its duties as
such Trustee. If my Granddaughter, CYNTHIA ROSE LEE, dies before
reaching twenty one (21) years of age, then the principal and accumu-

lated income of this trust shall be distributed as part of the residue
of my estate.
~ EIGHTH: I hereby constitute~and appoint my Nephew, JAMES EVANS
CORCORAN, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament if he survives
me and I confer upon him as Executor alI of the powers here and before
specifically described for my Trustee.
NINTH: In the event my Nephew fails to survive me or if he fails
to qualify as Executor, I appoint SUSAN CORCORAN, as alternate Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament with the same rights and privileges
as my Nephew would have had if he had survived me.
IN WITNESS WHER~OF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal,
and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,
in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter, on this the~,~ay
