guardian both reside in St. Lucie County, Florida.

a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, is sui juris and
otherwise qualified under the laws of Florids to act as guardian of the ~
pronertv of the uicompetent, and is entit~ed to preference because
she is the mother of the minor.
9. Ressonable search hss been made, and any of the information required by Florida law
and by the appiicable Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set fort6 in full
above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely affect the incompetent or the
incompetent's property. ~
WHEREFORE, petidoner requests that Vicie L. Sanders
be appointed as guatdian of the Property
of the incompetent.
