NOW COMES the Petitioner, LORENZO WILLIAMS, by and
f~through his undersigned attorneys and files thiS his Petition
j{to require the Curator to file her final accounting and to
;~terminate curatorship for the following reason:

!j 1. That the next of kin and heirs of the above captioned
I~decedent have engaged the undersigned Law Firm to handle the

:'Estate of Albert Alexander, deceased, and that they have signed
~ia Waiver for Lorenzo Williams, ESquire, to be the Personal
Representative of said Estate. ~
WHEREFORE, the Petition~prays that this Court will

~!require the Curator to file her final accounting and appoint
' ~;Lorenzo Williams to be the Personal Representative of said Estate
~ ~`and further prays that this Cour't will require the Curator to
` . ;~turn over all of the assets of said Estate to the Petitioner.
