FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for triai the 22nd day of February,
. 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JAMES A. WHITEHURST and
MARILYN F. WHITEHiIRST be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
' parties and each pf them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
` of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-

~ tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of CHERYL D. WHITEHURST and MICHAEL J.

i WHITEHURST, minor children of the parties,~is hereby awarded to

~ MARILYN F. WHITEHURST, with liberal reasonable visitation rights -
~ reserved to JAMES A. WHITEHURST.

~ 3. Commencing MarcY~ 1, 1979 the Husband shall pay ~
' to the Wife the sum of $150 each month for the support of each
# minor child, for a total monthly payment of $300. The Husband
~ ~
shall also pay to the Wife all monies earned by him as overtime

a not to exceed a total of $100 each month as additional support
~
