Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MARILYN F. WHITEHURST, 1606 Wyominq Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ~ ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing ± and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~ 4. The Husband shall furnish to the Wife, by the ' t lOth of each month, a copy of his paycheck voucher for the previous~ . ~ t month as evidence of the amount of overtime earned by him. ; 5. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay all reasonable medical and dental expenses incurred in behalf of the minor children. ~ 6. The Wife and minor children shall have the ex- clusive right to resi~de in the marital dwelling located at 1606 Wyoming Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida until such time as the Wife shall reiliarry or both children attain the age of 18 years, die, C marry or become self-supporting, whichever event first occurs. P I # : ~ Upon the happening of either of these events the marital dwelling ~ ; ~ ~ shall be sold and the net proceeds received from the sale thereof ; ~ - ~ shall be.divided equally between the Husband and the Wife. ~ ~ 7. The Husband and the Wife shall each pay one-half ~ f of each monthly mortgage payment on the marital dwelling as they ~ ~ become due and before they become delinquent. s ; 8.
