9. The Husband shall have the riqht to remove
• the following items of personal property from the marital dwell-
ing, to-wit: all his clothinq, fishing poles, ~fishing equipment,
an office desk, qolf clubs, one tape player (not Roberts), a Nikon
movie camera and a projector. All the remaining furniture,
fixtures and other personal property in the marital dwelling shall
be the sole property of the Wife. ~
10. The Husband and Wife shall each have one-half
of any refund received as a result of their filing a joint tax
return for 1978.
11. The beneficiaries of any life insurance policies
presently in existence on the life of the Husband shall irrevocably
remain as they are presently set out t~rein until both children are
emancipated. .
12. The Wife shall have the exclusive ownership and
- possession of the 1978 Pontiac Bonneville automobile and the Husband
shall execute any instr~unent necessary to convey to the Wife any

~ and pay in full the lien now against said automobile held by

~ Pentagon Federal Credit Union.

~ 13. The Husband shall have the exclusive ownership and

possession of the 1973 Shasta Chevrolet Camper and the 1971 Ford
~ ~
~ pickup truck, and the Wife shall execute any instrument necessary
~ to convey to the Husband any interest she may have therein. The
~
~ Husband shall be responsible for and pay any liens now existing
~
~ against either vehicle.

14. The law firms of Brown, Paxton & Williams and

~ Willes, Bittan & Willes shall receive the sum of $500 for their
$ services in behalf of the Wife herein and costs expended in the
~ sum of $37.50. The law firm of Brennan & Muschott shall receive
~ the sum of $350 for their services in behalf of the Husband herein
~
~
~ and costs expended in the sum of $29. All fees and costs as
~
