Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Froperty Owner's Association documents referred to above and tiie provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and safd Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to ~ Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restricitons of the Property~Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the . obligations as to the Property Owner's Ass~ciation as to nis condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms tl~at all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are ~ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibfts attached there- ' to, and the co~non expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Asseciation i and other charges are estimated only.
