ORDER OF CONTEMPT j
. THIS CAUSE was heard March 23, 1979, upon the Wife's Motion for
Contempt for the husband's failure to comply with Paragraphs 6 and 9
of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, and for further
failure to comply with the orders of this court dated July 27, 1978;
and August 4, 1978; and the husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., being
present in open court in person, and the Petitioner also being present
in open court in person, and represented b~ counsel, and upon the
taking of testimony in open court, and the court being fully advised
in the vremises, it is therefore, •
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is
guilty of willful and dir-ect contempt of this court for failure to
execute and deliver to the wife, certain deeds, pursuant to the final
~ judgment of this court. The legal description of said properties is ~

~ Lot 10 of Block 3, of SUNRISE HO:~IESITES SUBDIVISION, as
: per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 13, at page 14 of
~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ Lot 4, GROVE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded
; in Plat Book 16, at page 33 of the Public Records of
' St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ The North 110 feet of the South 220 feet of the North '

~ 385 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4~of Section 29,
Township 35 Sou~th, Range 40 East, lying East of Canal
No. 29, LESS the East 25 feet thereof for road right •
of way for Hawley Road.

CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is adjudged to be in contempt of this court. ~
r- That as punishment for his contempt, the respondent

CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., shall be confined in the County Jail

k of this county for a period of sixty days. The respondent, CHARLES ~
= JOSEPH BAKER, JR., may purge himself of this contempt by, within fifteen ~
