days of the date of this order, properly executing and delivering to
the wife Quit Claim Deeds to the indicated properties. Said execution
and delivery of the Quit Claim Deeds shall take place fn the offices of
the Wife's attorney, ROGER N. MESSER, which offices are located at
700 Virginia Avenue, Suite 104-Sun Bank Building, Fort Pierce, Florida.
The husband shall call said office and make an appointment for the
execution of the deeds at least one day prior to the date of the
execution. ~
In the event that the respondent does not purge himself of contempt
by the above,_then the respondent forthwith is to be confined to the
county jail of this county for the period of sixty days.
IT IS_FURTHER ADJUDGED that in this event an order of commitment
will issue directing that the respondent CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR.,
be taken into the custody of the Sheriff and that he be cammitted to ~
the county jail of St. Lucie County, Florida, for a period not to .
exceed sixty days from the date of the order of commitment, unless he
is sooner discharged by due process of law.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR.,

days of the date of this order, if said Quit Claim Deeds are not signed.
