one examining physician for all defendants; be and the same
are hereby granted, and the plaintiff, REVOLEE LETINGHAM,
shall be examined by James L. Cain, M. D., 1300-36th Street,
Vero Beach, Florida, for her orthopedic complaints and this

~ examination shall constitute all defendants' entitlement to
a physical examination of the plaintiff; and it~is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the ore tenus motion for a
psychiatric examination of the plaintiff is granted and the
parties shall either agree on a psychiatrist of their choice
or the Court will appoint a psychiatrist in the Fort Pierce
area if the parties fail to agree within ten (10) days of this order. ~
