the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 296, pages 1438 through 1510, as Amended by Cert- I
ificate of Amendment recorded in Official Record Book 300, Page
212 through 221, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, f
Florida.
