Upo~ acceleration under puagraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lende~ shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a ooutt-to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
• Property, including those put due. All r,ents collxted by the receiver shall be applied firat to payment of the cosu of

21. Fotere A~~asces. Upon request by Borrower. Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mongage. may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Fdture Advanca. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this ~
Mortgage when evidenad by promissory notes stating that said nota are socured heraby. At no time shall fhe principail
amount of the iadebtedntss secured by this Mortgage, not including.sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the

22. Rdea~e. Upon payment of all sums secured by thia Mortgugc. Lender shall nlease this MoRgage without chuge
