CONSENT AND JOINDER

in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominiwa, accordinq to the Declar-
ation of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
254, Pages 2128 throuqh 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as ffinended, hereby approve and consent to
~ the tenas and provisions of that certain Third Amendment to
Declaration of Hutchinson Island C1ub, a Condominium, and by
their execution of this instrument join in the safd Third Amend-
ment for the purpose of consentinq to said Third Amendment to
said Declaratfon of Condominium.
