ORRIN F. HILER and YVONNE M. HILER, as owners of a Unit 303 ~ ~
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declar- ~
ation of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approve and consent to
the terms and provisions of that certain Third Amend~nent to ~
Declanation of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by
. their execution of this instrument 3oin in the said Third Amend- ~
ment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amenc~ment to
said Declaration of Condominium.
