to the Declaration of Condominiwa thereof recorded in Official
Records Book 254, Paqes 2128.throuqh 2201, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approves ~
and consents to the terma and provisions of that certain Third
~ Amendment to Declaration of Hutchinson Ialand Club, a Condo-
minium, and by executfon of this instrument, joins in the said
Third Amendment for the purpose of consenting to said Third
Amen~aent to sai8 Declaration of Condominium.
