CONSENT AND JOINDER
GERALD L. DUTHLER and RUTH A. DUTHLSR, as o~wners of a Unit 401
in Hutchinson Isl~nd Club, a Condominium, according to the Declar-
ation of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
254, Paqes 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approve and consent to
the tenas and provisions of that certain Third Amendment to
~ Dec~aration of_Hutchinson~Island Club, a Condominium, and by
their execution of this instrument join i.n the said Third Amend-
ment for the purpose of consentinq to said Third Amendment to
