CONSENT AND JOINDER

N. L. SAKRANEY and SIRLA N. SARRANEY. as owners of. a Unit 405
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declar-
ation of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie Courity, Florida, as amenedQd. hereby approve and consent to
the terms and provisions of that certain Third Amendment to
Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by .
their execution of this instrument ~oin in the said Third Amend-
ment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to
said Declaration of Condominium. ~
