CONSENT AND JOINDER
RICHARD S. STAUFFER, as owner of a unit 409
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condaninium thereof recorded in Offlcial Records Book 254, Pages 2128
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms and provisions of that
certai~ Third Amendment to Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a
Condanini~n, and by their execution of this instrurnent ~oin in the said
Third Amendment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to
' said ~claration of Condomini~n.
