in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according ta the Declaration j:
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records 8ook 254, Pages 2128 ;
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. lucie County, Florida, as ~
amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms and provisions of that ;
certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Nutchinson Island Club, a ~
Condominium, and by their execution of this instrument join in the said
- 1'hird Amend~nt for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment
to said Qeclaration of Condominium.
