CONSENT AND JOINDER
WINDING TRAIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED, as owner of Unit # 607 in Nutchinson Island Club,
a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official
Records Book 254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St Lucie
County, Florida, as amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms and provisions
of that certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium .
and by their execution of this instrument join in the said Third Amendment~for~the
purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to said Declaration of Condominium. ;
