in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declar-
ation of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, F2orida, as am~ne~led, herebX approve and consent to
-the terms and provisions of that certain Third Amendment to
Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by
their execution of this instrument ~din in the said Third Amend-
ment ~or the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to
said Declaration of Condominium.
