CONSENT AND JOINDER - '
FRANK J. KELLER and RUBY KELLER, as owners of Unit ~703,
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration ~
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 25A, Pages 2128 `
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms and provisions of that ~
certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Hu±chinson lsland Club; a ;
Condominium, and by their execution of this instrument join in the said =
. Third Amendment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment~to =
said Declaration of Condominium.
