CONSENT AND JOINDER i

GALAXY INVESTMENT COMPANY, a Michiqan corporation, as the
owner of Unit #704 in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium,
according to the Declaration-of Condominium thereof recorded
in Official Records Book 254, Pages 2128 throuqh 2201, '
inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
. amended, hereby approves and consents to the terms and
provisions of that certain Third Amendment to Declaration
of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by its
execution of this instrument joins in the said Third ~
Amendment to said Declaration of Condominiwn for the purpose
of consenting thereto.~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
instrument to be executed by its authorized officer, this
25th day of August , 197 g.
