tion of Condominiwn thereof recorded in Official Records Book
25-4, Paqes 2128 throuqh 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as anaended,.hereby approve and consent to
the terms and provisions of that certain Thi=d Amendment to
Declaration of~Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by
_ their execution of this instrument join in the said Third Amend-
ment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to
said Declaration of Condominium.
