CONSENT AND JOINDER ~
Anne M. Gurnack, as Co-Administratrix (with Katherine
Liacos Izzo being the other Co-Administratrix) of the estate
of William E. Gurnack, deceased, which is,t~ owner of a ~
one-half (1/2) undivided interest in a Unit,~i~ Hutchinson
. Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 254,
Page 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records at St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approves and con-
_ sents to the texms and provisions of that certain Third ~
Amendment to Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
minium, and by her execution of this instrument in her capa-
city aferesaid, joir.s in the said Third Amenc~ent fQr the ~
purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment to said ~
Declaration of Condoininium on behalf of said estate and the
heirs of William E. Gurnack, deceased.
