CONSENT AND JOINDER
Katherine Liacos Izzo, as Co-Administratrix (with Anne M.
Gurnack'beinq the other Co-Administratrix) of the estate of i
William E. Gurnack, deceased, which is t~~ owner of a one- '
half (1/2) undivided interest in a Unit/ Hutchinson Island ;
Club, a condominium, according to the declaration of Condominium ~
thereof recorded in Official Records Book 254, Page 2128 through ~
2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, _
as amended, hereby approves and consents to the terms and ~

~rovisions of that certain Third Amendment to Declaration of ~
Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by her execution ;
of this instrument in her capacity aforesaid, joi s in the said
Third Amen~ment to safc~ ~eclaration of Condomini~ on behalf
of said estate and the heirs of William E. Gurnack deceased.
